5. Web Creator Royalty

When setting up your Web, you choose the royalty split between yourself and the Web's members. This determines how Rewards are divided between you and your community.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account. Keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

9. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any content you add to a Web. By contributing, you grant WEB and the Web's license holder a non-exclusive license to display, link, and promote your content within the platform and across partner integrations.

10. Commercial Use

Content within a Web is available for commercial use by its members, subject to any restrictions set by the Web's creator. A Web is designed for fan and community contributions, not brand or corporate partnerships, unless explicitly agreed by the creator.

15. Disputes

Any disputes between Web members, or between creators and members, should be resolved in good faith. WEB may step in to mediate at its discretion but is not obliged to do so.
